All the supplies will be made against the PDC (Post Dated Cheque), which will be presented by us within 30 days from bill date.

Packing cost will be charged on the total cost of the product. Return of the packing is not allowed. VAT/TAX will be calculated as applicable.

Dispatch is at the cost and risk of the recipient. We accept no responsibility for delays in transport and defects caused by damage to the packing; this applies also when delivery is paid by us.

Complaints are only considered if they are made immediately at or straight after delivery. The warranty is restricted to supply of a replacement; indirect claims are not allowed. Return shipments will not be accepted unless MSPL has granted prior consent.

We have the right to withdraw from submitted contracts after confirmation of contract if adverse information concerning the customer becomes known to us or if there is any previous outstanding is pending.

The purchaser's duty to make payments by the due date is not affected by claims. The purchaser is particularly not entitled to set off his debts to us or to withhold payment.

lf the supply of articles is transferred to us according to drawings, prototypes or models, the orderer must accept the guarantee that the protective rights of third parties are not violated. The orderer must except us from all claims by third parties regarding protective rights.

With contracts with advertising text, etc. the desired text should be typed. We cannot be held responsible for wrong deliveries which result from unclear instructions. We reserve the right to supply quantities which vary up to 10%, more or less, from the ordered quantity.

All Claims are subject to Delhi Jurisdiction
